Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if your not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligable items within 14 days of receipt.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in origional condition.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

How to Return

• Contact us at returns@theestate.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Ship the item back to the address provided in our email response
• Once recieved and inspected, we will process your refunbd within 5 business days.

Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Origional shipping fees are non-refundable.

• UK delivery £4.95 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over £50.
